Terms and Conditions listed on this page govern the relationship between NIT-New Internet
Technologies Ltd., as the owner of the online training platform
https://virtual-academy.nit.bg/
and any person who visits or purchases a license for the training courses offered on the online training platform
https://virtual-academy.nit.bg/.
These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relationship
between NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd., Sofia 1632, Ovcha Kupel 2, bl.39B, UIC 130862189, represented by Nadezhda Dimitrova – Manager.
These
General Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you personally ("You")
and "NIT-New Internet Technologies" Ltd.
NIT-New
Internet Technologies Ltd. expresses its willingness to grant you the right to
use the electronic training courses and their content only in the ways provided for in the General Terms and Conditions.
Your
acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions is done by confirming
your registration for the respective electronic training course, which is considered as your acceptance to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions.
For
minors, actions regarding the acceptance of the general terms and conditions, registration,
and payment of due amounts are performed on their behalf by their legal representatives, and for minors, with
the consent of their legal representatives.

INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY RIGHTS AND RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
a.
The content of the electronic training courses is subject to a license, not a
sale. The permission to use the electronic training courses depends on
the payment of the applicable fee.
b.
NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. owns all rights to
the electronic training courses, which are protected by law and applicable
international legislation, agreements, and conventions related to intellectual property rights, including trade secrets.
c.
You agree to use appropriate means to protect the electronic training courses from unauthorized use, copying,
distribution, or publication.
d.
NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. reserves all rights not
explicitly granted under these General Terms and Conditions,
including the right to modify and improve the electronic training courses.
e.
NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. does not grant users of
the electronic training courses any explicit or implicit rights to the information in
the electronic training courses.
GRANTING
OF RIGHTS
According
to these General Terms and Conditions, NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. grants
users of the electronic training courses the right to use the
content of the electronic training courses for personal use.
The user
has no right to sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reproduce, advertise,
distribute, transfer, or share, use in any other way /including through modification, translation, etc./
the electronic training courses or parts thereof.
The user
has no right to make a copy or copies of the whole or parts of
the content of the electronic training courses, including for archival purposes.
DISCLAIMER
OF LIABILITY
The content
of the electronic training courses is provided "as is" - without
warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or other
warranty. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. does not guarantee that
the electronic training courses will meet your requirements and needs
or that they are without defects or errors, fault-tolerant or fail-safe, or that all
discrepancies can or will be corrected, as well as that their use
will be uninterrupted.
NIT-New
Internet Technologies Ltd. has the right to repair, correct, or supplement
the electronic training courses. These actions are performed to the extent, volume, and time frame at the discretion of NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. The discretion of NIT-New
Internet Technologies Ltd. under this clause cannot serve as
grounds for claims or demands from your side for compensation or others. You have no right to compensation, claims, or
other forms of demands arising from the need for repairs,
corrections, or supplements.
RULES
OF USE AND PRICES

The rules for the use of the electronic training courses of NIT-New Internet
Technologies Ltd. may be changed at any time by updating the "General Terms and Conditions for electronic training".
These changes are public, take effect immediately, and are binding
for all customers.
2.
NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. has the right to change prices without
prior notice; customers pay for the courses at the prices that
were current at the time of their registration.
USE
OF SOFTWARE AND TRAINING SYSTEMS
The software
and platforms for distance learning that you will use when
undertaking electronic training, developed by NIT-New Internet
Technologies Ltd., are protected by copyright and are
owned by the respective manufacturers.
REGISTRATION
Registration
for the use of the platform https://virtual-academy.nit.bg/
is carried out by NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. after the purchase of
an electronic training course by you. Registration is done by filling out
a user profile that contains the minimum required data for
the proper operation of the platform, namely – username,
password, full name, and email address.
Based
on the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to access and
correct your personal data entered during registration on the online platform
https://virtual-academy.nit.bg/.
With
the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the User (You), who is
registered on the platform

with a username, full name,
password, and email address, agrees that their personal data will be
processed electronically by https://virtual-academy.nit.bg/

By
accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that the personal data
you provide will be stored, processed, and used by

for the purposes of maintaining the functionalities of the system,
as well as for advertising purposes, but only for their own purposes. Your

technical problems or interruptions preventing the use of
the online store, resulting from the use of the User's computer equipment.
METHOD
AND DELIVERY TIME OF GOODS/SERVICES SOLD TO THE CLIENT AFTER
PAYMENT
The electronic
training courses on the site are provided exclusively over the internet.
After
the payment for the respective electronic training course, you will receive your
access to the respective resource, with a password and
username provided to you via email.
Issued
Documents
After
the purchase of an electronic training course, you will receive an invoice for
the payment you made. Please keep the issued invoice.
PERSONAL
DATA PROTECTION
The personal
information you provide in the registration form is
protected by the Personal Data Protection Act. It will
not be used for purposes other than those explicitly stated in
the "General Terms and Conditions for electronic training" and will not be
provided in any form to third parties.

your personal data. In every transaction, we ensure the security of
data for all USERS, and we guarantee that your personal data is
protected.

The terms
"we", "us", and "our" refer to NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. "You" refers to

NIT-New
Internet Technologies Ltd. recommends that you keep the confidentiality
of your username and password, which you use to access/use the SITE,
to avoid unauthorized access through your user account.
Thus, with each access/use of the SITE via

responsibility for all actions that will be performed when
using this account.
By
logging in/using the SITE, USERS and CLIENTS agree to take all necessary measures to ensure the

Upon
registration, the information provided must be accurate and
complete. We draw your attention to the fact that you are responsible, including
criminal responsibility, for any statements/records/false data provided.
NIT-New
Internet Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to deny any
USER access to the SITE, to close an account, or to cancel ORDERS,
including confirmed orders.
Also,
access to the SITE may be temporarily suspended or limited,
for site maintenance or the introduction of new activities or services.
NIT-New
Internet Technologies Ltd. will make every effort to ensure access to
the SITE without interruptions during electronic transmission and without errors. However,
due to the nature of the Internet, continuous access and the absence
of errors cannot be guaranteed.
The data
and personal information provided by USERS/CLIENTS are
used by NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. to manage
orders, to process payments, to communicate with
USERS/CLIENTS regarding orders.
Personal data
means any information that serves to identify a natural person, or its equivalent; an identifiable person is a
person who can be identified, directly or indirectly,
especially by one identification number or by one or more
parameters of their physical identity – psychological,
mental, economic, cultural, or social.
The processing
of personal data means any operation or set of
operations performed on personal data, by
automatic or non-automatic means, such as collecting, recording,
organizing, storing, adapting, or changing, retrieving,
consulting, using, disclosing to third parties for transmission,
dissemination, or other form, joining or combining,
blocking, deleting, or destroying.
NIT-New
Internet Technologies Ltd. will not provide your personal data to
third parties.
WITHDRAWAL
FROM SERVICES
According
to Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, the client has the right to withdraw from a course within 14
working days after its start.
All
paid products have a 14 working days money-back guarantee,
without additional conditions to the buyer. To refund the paid
amount for the purchased goods, the buyer should only contact
NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. via the contact form and request
a refund.

The main characteristics of the products offered by NIT-New Internet
Technologies Ltd. are described in detail for each course in
the respective sections of the site.
3.
The prices of the courses are in Bulgarian levs, including value-added tax.
4.
The payment for the electronic training course is made by bank transfer
at least 1 day before the start of the training.
7.
The payment for the goods is in accordance with Article 93, Paragraph 1 of the Obligations and Contracts Act (OCA). For each payment, you will receive
an invoice.
